So far, trend/results of
396 seats from total 403 seats of Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2012 are
available in front of us. Out of these trends, SP looks to be ahead in 173
seats in UP which makes it single largest party in UP. To make government in
UP, any political party need support of 202 MLAs. BSP looks biggest loser in
this election because it looks losing half of its seats as compared to last
Assembly election. People of UP looks to have rejected 5 year rule of BSP in
UP. BJP’s performance in UP looks almost same with 56 seats. Congress alliance is
ahead in 56 seats. These trends can change with time, so we are required to
wait for some more time to see final results.
